I still remember how fast the seats ran out. AWS Student Community Day was the first event of its kind in Bengaluru, planned by students for students, and you could feel how much it mattered to everyone who helped pull it together.
The day at Amity University was full of peers I had met through the AWS Cloud Clubs around the city, all of us in the same room for the same reason: to learn about the cloud and to meet the people it belongs to.
It did not need to be huge to feel important. It just had to prove that students can build the rooms they want to walk into, and it did.
