The client needed a unified platform to manage interactions between three user types (customers, businesses, volunteers) with role-specific features, payment processing, and real-time communication.
The Solution
Built a MERN-stack application with four separate dashboards (admin, business, volunteer, user), Razorpay payment integration, and real-time messaging. Each role sees only relevant features and data.
