Culinary Cloud
Culinary Cloud is a voice-first AI application that lets users dictate recipes in their native language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and more) and automatically structures and stores the data in English. Built with Pipecat, Sarvam AI, and WebRTC for low-latency streaming.
India's rich culinary heritage is at risk of being lost as older generations pass down recipes orally. There was no accessible way for non-English speakers to digitise and preserve regional recipes in a structured, searchable format.
Developed a real-time voice AI agent using Pipecat for speech processing, Sarvam AI for multilingual ASR, and OpenAI for structuring recipes into standardised English format. WebRTC enables sub-second streaming, and Supabase handles persistent storage.
